Blueberry Girl

Blueberry Girl is a poem Neil Gaiman wrote for his god-daughter. Artist Charles Vess illustrated it and it is now a book.

This is a video (put together Harper Collins I think) where the illustrations have been slightly animated, and best of all, Neil reads it himself.

This will make Aunt Sandy cry - in a good way.

aww crap - I can't read it right now. Ubby got mad at me the other day cause he showed me the video of Susan boyle singing "I dreamed a dream" from les mis and I cried. Then watched it again a couple times and continued crying (the first time it took me by surprise, the second I watched to really hear it again, the third time to pay attention to the judges reaction, the fourth time to really listen to the words - see, multiple viewings were perfectly justified!)

Anyway, if he walks in to find me sitting at my computer crying again, he might take my laptop away.

I'll watch it tomorrow morning after he leaves...tee hee!
